After decades in hospitality sales I've not only learned how to cultivate relationships and build rapport quickly with customers, but also with coworkers and leaders.  A hotel is a unique blend of corporate life and operational logistics, and requires someone like me to be successful at taking C-Level executives through the buying process, while at the same time, orchestrating outstanding results across each operational department.  It probably goes without saying that navigating the personal concern of the housekeeping director, the executive chef, and the CEO who is interested in buying, takes finesse.  Or, as we here at Red Bird call it, Leadership.  This experience combined with the exclusive John Maxwell Team Certification have forged a platform where I can equip and share what works and what doesn't.  From experiences working with Fortune 500 companies such as Philips Healthcare, Cardinal Health, and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals as well as global power houses like Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, I have seen and felt the importance of leadership through adversity, mergers and restructuring.  Moving up the corporate ladder myself through economic booms and economic downturns, opening a newly constructed resort in Mexico, and living through turnover at all levels, I bring a unique perspective to personalizing your leadership style and creating dialogue to improve confidence and productivity.
