After decades in hospitality sales I've not only learned how to cultivate relationships and build rapport quickly with customers, but also with coworkers and leaders. A hotel is a unique blend of corporate life and operational logistics, and requires someone like me to be successful at taking C-Level executives through the buying process, while at the same time, orchestrating outstanding results across each operational department. It probably goes without saying that navigating the personal concern of the housekeeping director, the executive chef, and the CEO who is interested in buying, takes finesse.
