Lunch and Learn
$300 for 1 hour -- Introduce content to your team and provide basic starting points for growth and change in an easy to apply format. Traditionally done over a lunch hour, these can be 30 to 60 minutes anytime during your day that fits for you. Course content can be focused on leadership development, or communication and influence.
on-site Workshops
$250/hour with 4 hour minimum -- Personalized curriculum for individual growth, managing teams, or strengthening communication within your team. Half day or full day dedicated workshops for in depth work and engaging, interactive sessions include materials for each participant; recommended monthly or quarterly for the greatest and most lasting results.
Communication Combination Workshop
Variable hourly rate with 4 hour minimum — Starting with an Assessment Session to find where you and your team are currently will open the door for individuals to openly express their thoughts and opinions to open lines of communication around areas of growth and areas of strength. Immediately following the assessment will be content delivered around the area you and I determine to be the highest need for the team in an interactive format with tools and take-aways to begin seeing results now. Focus on connecting versus communicating, and watch your team rise to greater levels of respect and partnership.
Purpose Workshops
$200/hour with 2 hour minimum — Does your team understand their purpose in the organization? In their world? Help convey their importance and allow each team member to explore just what valuable gifts they have to offer.
Mindfulness -- The Art of Paying attention
$150/hour with 2 hour minimum — Are you listening or waiting to speak? Does your team engage in meetings or spend the team's valuable time on emails and texts? In today's world of multitasking and instant answers, the art of slowing down to be present takes practice. Simple tools and simple practice can help each team member find their center and improve balance in their lives, resulting in higher rates of productivity.
assessment session
$150/hour with 2 hour minimum -- Is your team storming? Are they on their way to norming? A two hour session with the patented Leadership Game will help you and your team understand strengths, weaknesses and opportunities in communication and culture in one fun interactive session.
executive coaching
Variable hourly rate with 1 hour minimum -- A good coach doesn't come with all the answers, but rather pushes you to develop them within yourself. The goal is just as any coach's goal; to help you win. Improve your leadership capacity through feedback and tools tailored to your personal goals.
